I have great memories of my grandpa’s Polaroid camera…he loved to take pictures too!  We have boxes of photos that my grandparents took of my dad growing up and I can sit for hours at a time looking through those photos!   It’s fun to show my kids photos from 50+ years ago and I love to think about future generations looking through photos that I took!

I take great care to make sure that every photo I take is the best it can be!  I am constantly studying and practicing photography in order to always provide my clients with gorgeous photos of their most prized possession, their family!

Here are some tidbits about me:

• I was named after the song “Sara Smile” by Hall and Oates.
• I have 2 kids, a boy and a girl.  They are both pretty awesome, if I say so myself.
• My favorite food is French fries (and frozen Reeses cups, not together though!).
• I am afraid of heights.  And roller coasters.
• I graduated from the University of Kentucky and also studied abroad in Vienna Austria.
• We have 2 dogs, one schnauzer and one schnauzer mix.
• I love the beach!  My favorite beach is Rosemary Beach, Florida!
• I am addicted to Pinterest.  I am a “do it yourself” kind of gal.
